FILE UPLOAD GUIDELINES
For the best print quality, please follow these guidelines when uploading your artwork:
Accepted File Formats:
Vector Files (Preferred for sharp quality): .AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF
High-Resolution Raster Files (if vector is not available): .PNG, .PSD, .TIFF, .JPEG (at maximum quality)
Resolution and Pixel Dimensions:
For Large Prints (up to 50cm x 40cm):
Resolution: 300 DPI.
Pixel Dimensions:
Maximum of 5906 x 4724 pixels to fit within our print area.
For Smaller Prints: Ensure the image is 300 DPI at the actual print size. For example, a 10cm x 10cm design should be 1181 x 1181 pixels.
Additional Guidelines:
Embed Linked Images:
Ensure all linked images are embedded within your file.
Check Font and Line Weight:
Verify that fonts and line weights are correct and legible.
Convert/Expand Text Fonts and Strokes to Lines:
Convert text to outlines and expand strokes to ensure accurate printing.
Set Up in CMYK Colour Profile:
Use the CMYK colour profile for accurate colour representation (RGB files will be automatically converted).
Halftone Any Transparent or Glow Effects:
Apply halftone patterns to any transparent or glow effects within your artwork.
Export File Format:
Save your file in one of the following formats: .AI, .PDF, .EPS, .SVG, .PNG
File Size Limit:
Maximum file size for uploads is 50 MB. If your file exceeds this limit, please contact us directly for alternative upload options.
Copyright and Responsibility:
No Copyrighted Material: Do not submit copyrighted logos or designs without permission. We will not print designs that infringe on copyrights or trademarks (e.g., sports team logos like Manchester United).
No Vulgar, Political, or Rude Messages/Logos:
No Vulgar, Political, or Rude Messages/Logos: We do not print any content that is vulgar, political, or inappropriate in nature.
Full Responsibility: By uploading your design and hitting the send button, you take full responsibility for the content and any legal implications arising from its use. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submissions deemed inappropriate or unfit for printing. If any issues with copyrighted material arise, the responsibility lies solely with the submitter.
